RAM Company uses its Lean and Six Sigma programs to improve its business practices, and to developing sustainable continuous improvement throughout the entire company.

The goals of RAM Company's Continuous Improvement efforts are:

• To deliver the products accurately and on time.
• To supply the best quality possible.
• To provide all of the above services at the lowest cost possible.

RAM has improved its process flow using Value Stream Mapping and the "Plan, Do, Check, Adjust" approach, and is continually applying the best Lean practices to improve its manufacturing capabilities.
