RAM is now in its 35^th year of operation, and has withstood hard times on many different fronts of every shape and size. Ray and Melzie put everything they had into starting RAM, and often times had to rely on near miracles to keep the company afloat. Random business opportunities, friends, and high-risk loans were used on several occasions just to keep the doors to the business open in its early days. Banks even recommended that they close up shop a time or two because the future of the company appeared so bleak. But a combination of vision, faith, and a whole lot of gumption allowed them to carry on, and to build RAM into what it is today.

Despite what many are calling the worst recession the US has seen in over 70 years, RAM Company held its own, and finished 2009 with sales numbers that were almost identical to those of 2008. In a large part, it was the people who work for RAM that made it possible for the company to carry on as usual despite the economic turmoil that was plaguing most of the world. RAM has long relied on its employees as its most important assets. Everyone works together as a team that is dedicated to its success. And that, perhaps, is its greatest strength.

The world is changing around us on many fronts, but as we work together and take advantage of every opportunity, we will continue to have success as the premier supplier in our field.
