RAM Company’s Lean/Six Sigma Manufacturing Program has had an immense impact over the last few years.

RAM has successfully eliminated waste and improved its process flow using Value Stream Mapping and the “Plan, Do,
Check, Adjust” approach.
Ram Company, through its fulltime Lean Manager, is developing a Lean Culture that fosters continuous improvement
throughout the organization. RAM is continually applying the best Lean practices to improve its manufacturing.
Standardized Work, 6 S, Visual Controls, Quick Changeover, Batch Reduction, Point of Use Storage, Kanban and
Cellular Flow are just some of the Lean Tools that RAM is continuously exploring.
