In support of our commitment of the continual improvement of our systems and processes, key personnel have been trained in various improvement methods. This training includes Lean Manufacturing, Kaizan Events, 5S Activities and Six Sigma methodologies. These tools are utilized to accomplish annual improvement goals in several of our internal matrices.
